Position Summary
The HR Service Delivery NA team is accountable for the effective operation of the end-to-end HR target operating model in North America. The team acts as a champion for the HR Target Operating Model (TOM), educating customers and facilitating adoption. The team works closely with HR leadership in North America to monitor performance of the model, facilitate complaint resolution, recommend and implement needed modifications approved by the global governance team. They will work closely with the broader Global Service Delivery Team to ensure quality delivery of all services as well as expedient comprehensive resolution of any identified issues.

Organizational Structure
This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, HR Service Delivery NA and will interface closely with business leaders, HR business owners, and HR leadership in delivering services and solutions.

Performance Objectives
Change Management
• Partner with the global change management team to develop and execute change management activities and training, as required.
• Build relationships with business, function, and HR COE change management influencers, establishing an effective change network that can be leveraged to support key initiatives.
• Implement tools for tracking client satisfaction with products and services delivered.
• Working closely with clients, identify and communicate business context for major initiatives and coordinate with the Business for change management and communications. Work with the core project team to facilitate issue resolution and assist in implementations.
• Conduct review of release or project specific training materials using a global approach and materials modified to meet the needs of the relevant initiative.
• Coordinate training delivery and logistics, as appropriate.
Communications
• Develop presentations and communications to client groups and in support of HR Shared Services initiatives.
• Working with the AIG HR PMO, develop and maintain a communications and change management calendar of events and deliverables for the North American HR SD team.
• Educate and inform customers and stakeholders throughout the vendor engagement life cycle ensuring understanding of the relationship as well as roles and responsibilities.

Service Delivery/Continuous Improvement
• Facilitate and provide support for North America HR service delivery meetings with key stakeholders.
• As assigned, assess gaps and/or issues through a global or regional lens and recommend resolutions that are aligned with the *HRIM Guiding Principles.
• Document and track assigned performance issues, collaborate and coordinate resolution with Service Delivery Peers, COE teams, etc.
• Support sourcing needs by participating in the requirements development process ensuring comprehensive documentation to support sourcing and change order processes.
• Provide planning, execution, risk/ issue tracking and resolution support for assigned initiatives not associated with BAU process/system management or major initiatives.
• Support communication of progress to key stakeholders.

Position Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a business or consulting environment, preferably HR-related.
• Excellent organizational skills and be a logical thinker.
• Experience on project teams and an understanding of the project life cycle is a plus.
• A high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely via written and verbal communications is essential, as is a collaborative, consultative orientation with a keen focus on results and delivery.
• The ability to work in a highly pressurized environment with tight deadlines, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Intermediate or higher skills with MS Office tools (MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, and MS Word) are needed.
